The terms, plainly
| 12-month plan | The lower price, paid monthly by Direct Debit. Rolls monthly after the first year, with 30 days' notice. |

Pricing questions
Is there really no setup fee?
None. We set everything up, build your website from our template and move your clients across as part of your plan. Signature Launch is an optional extra for a bespoke site and brand.
Are there limits on calls or messages?
There are no per-minute charges, credits or overage charges, and your fee is the same in your busiest month as in your quietest. It is priced for normal use for a salon of your size; if you ever went far beyond that, we would talk to you first.
How do the free trials work?
Every add-on starts with 30 days free. We message you a week before the trial ends. Keep it and it joins your bill; switch it off with one message.
What counts as 10+ staff?
Everyone on the diary, including part-time stylists and therapists. If you're near the line, we'll agree the band on your setup chat.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Add or remove add-ons any month. Moving between Core, Growth and Whole Team takes effect from your next bill.
What if I have more than one salon?
Each extra location is about two-thirds of the plan fee, with no setup fee per site.
