Every post, email and ad is checked before you see it. It promotes consultations and your clinic, never a named prescription-only medicine and never a price against one. You approve everything before it goes out.
Does it give medical advice?
No. It answers questions from your own treatment information and books consultations. Anything clinical goes to your practitioner with the full conversation.
How is patient data handled?
Medical history and consent are special category data under UK GDPR. They are stored in your clinic's own system, access is limited, and you stay the data controller.
Is the phone included?
Yes. Every clinic plan answers your calls, day and night, with no per-minute charges.
Can we keep our own website?
Yes. We add your booking page and chat to the site you already have, or build you one from ours. The price is the same.
What if we want to stop?
On the 12-month plan you're with us for the year. On monthly there's a 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice. We hand back your patient records with a full export.
